At OneDigital, helping people isn’t just what we do, it’s all we do. As Chief People Officer, Elizabeth Chrane is responsible for maintaining high employee engagement and internal culture for OneDigital’s top priority - our people. Since 2015, she has been leading OneDigital’s human resources, benefits, talent management, recruiting, HRIS, corporate responsibility, internal communications and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging functions.

Elizabeth fosters a culture where our people can do their best work and live their best lives. She encourages dreaming big, stepping out of comfort zones, and pursuing meaningful careers. Her approach to mental, physical, financial and professional wellbeing has been elevated to creating an environment where people feel safe to speak up, are seen and respected for who they really are and truly cared for by leaders and team members.

Elizabeth is an industry-wide leader in employee engagement and corporate culture. Her insights have been featured in SHRM, BenefitsPro, and the Future of People Initiatives Podcast among others.
She joined OneDigital in 2008 to lead marketing and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Culture and Corporate Development in 2015. Before OneDigital, Elizabeth spent 15 years in financial services and healthcare, holding senior positions at Opteum Financial Services, TLC Laser Eye Centers, and HomeBanc Mortgage. She was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as an “Up and Comer: 40 Under 40” and received the American Marketing Association’s Maverick “Marketer of the Year” award. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Wake Forest University and has completed executive programs at Emory University and the University of Georgia.
