On the 4th anniversary of the founding of RSP, please join us for an engaging afternoon of discovery and insight as we gather to connect on what it means to Inspire Inclusion - the 2024 IWD theme.Â

> A Meetup Story: listen in as Stacy Collins & Jen Mahone-Rightler share the aha's that happened and tend to happen when first you aim to achieve diversity, equity and inclusion as a part of a 'typical' corporate construct.
> Let's Talk About Inclusion: DEI & B expert leader Jen Mahone-Rightler offers perspective on the here and now. The state of the data and progress made by women in the past few years and the progress yet to come will be featured.
> System vs. Self: Sometimes the change we aim to make is possible because we're the one making it. Other times, we're within a construct that begs the question whether or not the change we seek can come to fruition. And if not now, then when and why? Stories of individuals will compliment this conversation in addition to bringing forward key ways to consider the how of forward movement in light of improbable scenarios.
