> Let's Talk About Inclusion: DEI & B expert leader Jen Mahone-Rightler offers perspective on the here and now. The state of the data and progress made by women in the past few years and the progress yet to come will be featured.

> System vs. Self: Sometimes the change we aim to make is possible because we're the one making it. Other times, we're within a construct that begs the question whether or not the change we seek can come to fruition. And if not now, then when and why? Stories of individuals will compliment this conversation in addition to bringing forward key ways to consider the how of forward movement in light of improbable scenarios.
