On the 4th anniversary of the founding of RSP, please join us and NAWBO for an afternoon of discovery and insight as we gather to connect on what it means to Inspire Inclusion - the 2024 IWD theme. 

EXPERIENCE SNAPSHOT

> Hard Habits to Break: a series of topics designed to help bring to the forefront the preconceived notions we have about how and who does what and why. From the discussion on what it means to hire talent that might not fit the standard mold to putting a new lens on who we do business with and why, alongside of what it means to truly lift up and empower women - in work, life and community.

> Table Engagement: position yourself among new humans. Tables will be organized to introduce you to people you might not otherwise connect with or meet so that you can begin to expand your perspective and engage in meaningful conversation starters. Interaction will be facilitated by speakers, experience leaders.

> The Amazing Work of Women: Gloria Perez of The Women's Foundation of Minnesota will share an overview of the work that this amazing organizations does every day to help move women forward. And with greater intent and equity too. Reminder: $10 of every individual ticket sales and $250 of every table sale goes directly to The Foundation.

> Own Your Story: part of the ability to include others means first doing the work to own your own story. Knowing your own personal brand and what you stand for goes far to helping to achieve that end goal. Talent and leader Ebony Wyatt will share her personal brand story and help challenge you to consider the state of your own personal brand story and where you're headed.
