Logistics & Details: 

• Light refreshments to be provided. 
• The session will be held at Kristen's studio in Crystal, just off of Hwy 55. It's a great central location with plenty of free parking. 
• Note the studio is on the 2nd floor and there is NOT an elevator. 
• You can come as you wish - comfy, from work, whatever suits (ha!) you! There is a variety of seating options...yoga mats and cushions, hightop table, chairs, and stools.
