THIS MARCH

Each year, RSP gathers the bold, unapologetic women in its community to come together on International Women's Day to celebrate its origin as an organization. Simultaneously, the occasion focuses on, acknowledges, and highlights the IWD theme of the year; helping to amplify voices that can bring its mission to action.

In an effort to broaden reach and forward the promotion of the mission that is behind IWD & RSP, we invite ALL to the conversation. Yep, that's right! It takes each and eery one of us to make change happen - people of ALL genders are welcome.

WHY ATTEND?

01

Show your support for IWD and spread the #accelerateaction
message

02

Meet people from across the midwest ready to challenge the status quo

03

Learn from use cases that have worked well for others and how to make action happen.

HARD HABITS TO BREAK
PANEL & AUDIENCE DISCUSSION

Often times our biases are learned behaviors. As we focused on what it meant to be inclusive, the panel discussion asked audience members to consider the biases we have and the power to change when it comes

to who we hire, do business with and empower during a 90-minute workshop like conversation on what it meant to unlearn AND take action to do different + better.
