Kristi Lord is co-founder of L’AVANT Collective, a line of high performing plant-based home care products in elevated, refillable packaging.  Prior to pivoting to L’AVANT, Kristi spent 20 years in various finance and accounting roles.  She started her career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, moved into finance roles at alternative investment funds, was an investment advisor and most recently the COO of an emerging markets investment fund.  She is a chartered financial analyst and a retired certified public accountant.
