Meet Liz!

With an impressive journey in marketing and leadership, Liz has served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Bright Health Group. During her time there, she played a key role in refreshing the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. One of the notable contributions was rewriting the company statement to, “Help all people live healthier and brighter lives.” Liz also transformed the call center experience by introducing a simple but powerful line to end every customer call with, "I hope I made your day a little brighter." This is a prime example of how to build a brand—not just through advertising, but through thoughtful brand structure and meaningful service delivery.

Before joining Bright Health, Liz was the CEO of Periscope, a Minneapolis-based agency that was sold to Quad Graphics in 2019. The leadership team, led by Liz, managed the process of packaging, negotiating, and selling the agency in a $132.5M all-cash deal. Periscope was focused on creating world-class, idea-driven work across all channels, with a mission to create things that people love—something that [Speaker] has carried throughout their career.
