About the Event

What Cohorts Look Like:

Each cohort consists of 5-12 people and meets regularly via Zoom for one hour a week for 8 weeks, plus a one-hour 1:1 coaching session. Sessions are dynamic, interactive, and purposeful. Best of all, we will work hard while having fun and being supported.

Your Investment:

9 Contiguous Weeks - 1 Hour Each week - 6:30 - 7:30 PM CT -  $850 (non RSP'er $1100)

Ready Cohort:

This cohort Is the starting place. It’s all about alignment. Level setting who you are, your values and your vision does just that. Stepping into our next best thing, means making sure we’re fully connected to ourselves, without the noise from the outside world.

We’ll cover off on:

  • Your foundational personal brand statement as a human - Get Ready to Get R.E.A.L.
  • A new perspective on your measures of success - My Scorecard. My Rules.
  • Four customized classes with topics such as; handling difficult conversations, creating your personal brand statement, celebrating your wins and setting clear boundaries.
  • 1:1 coaching session
  • Answers to these key change questions:
    • Why am I still doing this?
    • What makes me happy?
