This past week, a member of the Ready. Set. Pivot. community, Kelli Johanson answered that question with action. After months (and honestly more likely years) of imagining what could be, she officially launched a journey all her own.

What began as a dream has become real. What was once a conversation has become a commitment. And while the details of the journey are uniquely hers, the lesson behind it belongs to all of us. So many women spend years talking about the thing.
